Biden lays out details of ACA expansion proposal
The Democratic Party’s presidential candidate Joe Biden detailed his plans for expanding the Affordable Care Act (ACA), also known as Obamacare, on Friday at a campaign event in Michigan.
“Getting rid of Obamacare is why they’re racing to make this Supreme Court nomination,” Biden said. In his remarks, Biden also warned the public that if Trump is elected for a second term “millions” more will lose their healthcare.
Biden also took the opportunity to criticize President Donald Trump’s response to the coronavirus pandemic, telling supporters the president “knew and lied” about the dangers of COVID-19.
