UK coronavirus cases up by 23,012, deaths by 174
British health authorities announced on Saturday that the number of coronavirus infections increased by 23,012 in a day, reaching a total of 854,010.
Deaths within 28 days of a positive test rose by 174 since Friday, bringing the overall death toll in the United Kingdom to 44,745. The total number of administered tests processed by October 22 was reported at 28,744,108.
