France registers 9,784 new COVID cases, 198 deaths
The number of daily coronavirus infections in France increased by 9,784 over the past 24 hours to reach a total of 2,218,483, the French Public Health Agency said on Sunday. The figure marks a decline from the previous day’s figure of 12,580.
Meanwhile, the number of COVID-19 deaths in France rose by 198 to a total of 52,325. The number of daily fatalities was slightly down from the previous day’s figure.
Health officials unveiled that another 650 people were hospitalized due to COVID-19 over the past 24 hours.
