UK house prices rise 1.2% in November

House prices in the United Kingdom climbed 1.2% in November compared with the previous month, Halifax’s House Price Index report revealed on Monday.

Meanwhile, house prices in the UK jumped 7.6% on the year.

Halifax data showed the average UK property sold last month cost £253,243.
