Borrell says EU aims for new start with US under Biden

European Union’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell (pictured) said on Monday that the EU “aims for a new start with the United States under the Biden administration.”

He said earlier that “together with European concrete proposals for cooperation with the future Biden administration, we send powerful messages to our American friends and allies. We look forward and not backward. We rejuvenate our relationship.”
