Finland prolongs UK flight ban until January 11
The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency said on Thursday it will prolong the ban on passenger flights to the United Kingdom for another week until January 11 due to the spread of a new strain of the COVID-19.
This week, Finnish health officers confirmed that the new strain circulating in Britain has been detected in two people in the country.
Citizens are blaming the implementation of severe tier four mixing rules for millions of people for the very fast pace of the spread of a new variant of COVID-19.
