German daily COVID deaths hit three-month low
Data compiled by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) showed health officials in Germany attributed 62 deaths to the coronavirus during the past day, taking the nation’s total to 67,903.
The figure marks the country’s lowest daily jump in coronavirus fatalities since November 16, when the same number of deaths was confirmed.
The cumulative number of infections reached 2,390,928 in the meantime, with another 4,369 people testing positive for the virus.
