Wall Street trades higher in premarket, Dow up 100 pts
Stocks on Wall Street rose in premarket trading on Friday after the Federal Reserve’s announced that it plans to lift restrictions on bank dividends and share repurchases for most banks in July.
On the data front, investors awaited personal spending and trade balance figures due for release before the bell.
The Dow Jones gained 0.34% or 110 points at 4:15 am ET, the Nasdaq 100 climbed 0.45% and S&P 500 increased by 0.41% at the same time. The euro added 0.13% against the dollar to go for 1.17798 at 4:16 am ET.
