Brazil adds 57,737 new COVID cases, 1,509 deaths
Brazil’s health authorities reported that over the past day 57,737 new coronavirus cases were registered in the country.
For the same time period, the number of COVID-related deaths increased by 1,509, bringing the total death toll to 531,688.
The total number of cases in the country now stands at 19,020,499, with the number of active cases reaching 1,065,957 and the number of those recovered reaching 17,422,854.
