Braze shares surge 35% in Nasdaq debut
Braze Inc.’s stocks soared by more than 35% on Wednesday, valuing the software company at nearly $8 billion at its debut on Nasdaq.
Commenting on the listing, Chief Executive Bill Magnuson noted that Braze “will continue to expand the company to take advantage of the huge addressable market, and the scrutiny of the public market is something that has been a kind of focusing point for the company for quite a while.”
Shares of Braze traded for $88.38 per share at 2:25 pm ET, significantly above its $65 initial public offering price.
