Missiles launched from Belarus into Ukraine – official
Ukraine claimed on Sunday that Iskander missiles were shot into its territory from Belarus. Adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko said the missiles came from the Belarusian Mazyr District into the Ukrainian Rivne Oblast around 5 pm local time.
The report follows an agreement between Russia and Ukraine on negotiations to be held at the border between Ukraine and Belarus. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko guaranteed no missiles will leave the ground during the talks.
