Spain reports lowest daily COVID-19 death toll since March
Spanish health officials said on Sunday that another 143 people died from the coronavirus in the past 24 hours, bringing the country’s total COVID-19 death toll to 26,621.
The figure marks the lowest number of daily fatalities since March 18.
The total number of confirmed infections in Spain rose by 621 to 224,390, while the number of recovered patients reached 136,166.
