Belarus: Soldiers to not join Russian operation
Belarusian Armed Forces Chief of General Staff, Viktor Gulevich, declared on Saturday that the country is not planning to join the Russian military operation in Ukraine.
“I want to underline that the transfer of troops is in no way connected with (any) preparation, and especially not with the participation of Belarusian soldiers in the special military operation on the territory of Ukraine,” said Gulevich.
However, the country is sending five battalion tactical groups to its border to substitute for deployed forces.
