Biden to attend meetings in Europe next week
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki shared on Friday that United States President Joe Biden will be visiting Europe in the following week, in order to discuss solutions for the ongoing crisis in Ukraine.
Biden is scheduled to fly to Brussels on Wednesday, next week, and will be having a “packed” Thursday. US head of state will be attending a “NATO summit to discuss ongoing deterrence and defence efforts in response to Russia’s unprovoked and unjustified attack on Ukraine,” announced Psaki during a press briefing.
Additionally, Biden will be taking part in the European Council summit and the G7 meeting, in order to tackle the issues of sanctions, humanitarian aid, and other details regarding the situation in Ukraine.
