Biden’s election to boost S. Korean economy – FinMin
The election of Joe Biden as the new president of the United States will have a positive impact on the South Korean economy, the country’s Finance Minister Hong Nam-ki (pictured) stated on Thursday.
Hong added Biden’s election was expected to “ease global economic uncertainty, bolster the fallout of the US fiscal policy, and improve trade environments.”
South Korean President Moon Jae-in previously said he had “great expectations” of working with Biden and thus “advancing and opening up the future development of our bilateral relations.”
