China exports drop 17.2% in January and February
According to China’s General Administration of Customs latest report, the exports in the country dropped 17.2% in January and February compared to the same months last year.
Exported goods totaled $292.4 billion, while imports declined 4% and amounted to $299.5 billion.
Meanwhile, the country’s global trade balance also fell, with a $7.1 billion deficit recorded in the first two months of 2020.
