China’s trade surplus widens to $94.46B in December
The Chinese trade surplus surprised investors’ expectations in December, expanding to $94.46 billion and rising when compared to last month’s $71.72 billion, the country’s General Administration of Customs said on Friday.
Meanwhile, the country’s exports increased by 20.9% on an annual basis, with imports rising by 19.5%, slightly below analysts projections.
