Czechia’s daily COVID cases down to 12,977, death toll up by 128
Czech Republic’s Ministry of Health announced that the number of people who tested positive for coronavirus in the country increased by 12,977 during the day on Wednesday after a record-high number of daily COVID infections was recorded the day before.
During the same period, the Czech health officials recorded 128 deaths attributed to COVID-19, which brought the country’s death toll to 2,675.
Since the start of the outbreak, 2,164,370 tests have been conducted in the country, 297,013 of which came back positive, the data showed.
