DAX trading affected by technical issues on Xetra

Deutsche Boerse said on Wednesday that it is experiencing technical problems on the Xetra trading system.

“Due to problems, the Xetra T7 is not available at the moment. We are investigating the failure and have initiated recovery measures already,” Deutsche Boerse stated but noted it does not know how long the outage will last.

The German exchange stressed that all securities listed on Xetra have been affected. Meanwhile, DAX constituents continued trading normally on the alternative electronic German exchange TradeGate.
