DoJ files lawsuit to prevent Bolton’s book release
United States Department of Justice (DoJ) sued on Tuesday former National Security Adviser John Bolton (pictured), aiming to block the release of his memoirs that may “compromise national security.”
Bolton’s intention to publish a book later this month represents a “clear breach of agreements he signed as a condition of his employment,” the lawsuit filed with District Court for the District of Columbia said.
On Monday, United States President Donald Trump claimed Bolton should have “criminal problems” if his book is published.
