Europe mostly higher premarket ahead of GDP data
European shares were mostly higher in the premarket on Friday, as the investors awaited the data on the gross domestic products of some of the continent’s leading economies.
On the earnings front, UniCredit posted a 4.7% growth in revenue in the year’s final quarter.
The DAX was down by 0.32% at 7:45 am CET, while the FTSE 100 and the CAC 40 added 0.19% and 0.27% at the same time, respectively. The euro increased by 0.08% compared to the dollar at 7:49, selling for 1.11514, while the pound went up 0.19% versus the greenback, to change hands at 1.34066 at the same time.
