European indexes lower premarket ahead of data
Major stock markets in Europe were slightly lower premarket on Thursday with today’s batch of economic data in focus. Meanwhile, the ECDC said that there is “no urgent need” for booster shots against COVID-19.
The FTSE 100 lost 0.22% at 7:52 am CET, while the DAX dropped 0.24%. At the same time, the CAC 40 was flat.
The euro and the pound were both unchanged against the dollar at 1.18425 and 1.37763 respectively at 7:53 am CET.
