Facebook removes more pro-Trump accounts
Facebook Inc confirmed on Thursday it removed a network of pro-Trump accounts operating from Romania.
Facebook security policy head Nathaniel Gleicher stated that 35 Facebook and 88 Instagram accounts were engaged in promoting President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign.
According to the nonprofit Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensics Research Lab, some of the closed accounts distributed content from Trump’s page, while others promoted the QAnon group.
