France’s COVID-19 death toll climbs to 11
The French Health Ministry said on Saturday that two more people in the country died after contracting the coronavirus, bringing the death toll from the disease in France to 11.
The ministry noted that a total of 716 people in the country have been diagnosed with the disease, rising by 103 from the previous update.
Meanwhile, Iran confirmed the number of COVID-19 cases in the country jumped to 5,823, out of which 145 died, including lawmaker Fatehmeh Rahbar who passed away on Friday. Earlier, several other politicians died from the disease in Iran.
