Germany’s daily COVID cases highest since April
The daily jump in new coronavirus cases in Germany was at its highest since April 24, with 1,899 people testing positive for the virus during the day on Monday, according to Berliner Morgenpost’s tally.
The nation’s total rises to 253,626 once the new infections are added, with the cumulative number of fatalities reaching 9,331, after health authorities attributed one more death to the virus in the twenty-four-hour time.
On the other hand, at least 225,700 nationwide recoveries were seen to date, the data showed.
