Hong Kong reveals $17.7B coronavirus relief package
Hong Kong authorities unveiled on Wednesday relief package worth $17.7 billion aimed at mitigating the economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
Out of the provided $17.7 billion of relief funds, over $10 billion will be used to support domestic companies overcome the virus crisis.
Earlier in the day, a report suggested Hong Kong was preparing to reveal the economic package, though the provided funds figure was significantly smaller.
