Hyundai delays Genesis GV80 delivery over engine issue – report
Hyundai Motor’s Genesis GV80 SUV delivery was postponed due to the engine vibration glitch, the company said in a note to customers viewed by Yonhap on Friday.
“Hyundai is working to find a solution and will notify consumers once more detailed checkups become available,” Hyundai noted, adding that the issue will not affect the production of GV80 SUV.
Around 8,000 GV80 vehicles have been delivered in South Korea, while the company received 10,000 more orders for its first luxury SUV.
