Philippines hit by 6.3-magnitude earthquake
A 6.3 magnitude earthquake was recorded in several parts of the Philippines on Friday, according to data provided by the United States Geological Survey (USGS).
The epicenter of the quake was 2 kilometers south-east from Calatagan municipality, which has a population of around 56,449.
The tremor struck the region at a depth of 114.0 kilometers and it remains unknown whether any damages were suffered.
