Puerto Rico’s booster requirement expanded – gov
Governor of Puerto Rico Pedro Pierluisi has issued an executive order expanding the number of individuals that must obtain COVID-19 booster shots in the country.
The order pertains to all public school students over the age of 12, including college and technical degree students, as well as those working in hotels, cinemas, and convention centers and others employed in the entertainment and tourism sector.
“I trust our people and I know they will respond to this call to continue to protect us,” Pierluisi wrote on Twitter.
