Report: Trump business advisers urge more testing
Business executives advising President Donald Trump on how to reopen the American economy have urged the White House to ramp up coronavirus testing, the Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday.
According to sources familiar with the call with President Trump, no potential dates have been discussed yet for the reopening, but the executives involved explained the public would feel safer returning to work if widespread testing is made available.
Nearly 200 corporate leaders and other figures have been chosen to consult the president as part of the so-called Great American Economic Revival Industry Groups task force.
