Russia’s behavior cannot go unanswered – Blinken
United States President-elect Joe Biden’s nominee for Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, said Moscow should face consequences for its actions in violating the international order.
He promised that the Biden administration will pursue these consequences and added that the nation’s behavior cannot go on unanswered.
The comments refer to Navalny’s poisoning and arrest, the bounties placed on US soldiers, election interference, the use of chemical weapons on opponents and the annexation of Crimea, all actions Russia has been blamed for. Blinken noted each has to be separately looked at and that the incoming administration is determined to do so.
