Small business program could need more funds – Kudlow
White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow claimed on Sunday there is a possibility the government will need to provide more funds to the Paycheck Protection Program to help all affected small companies overcome the coronavirus crisis.
Speaking on CNN, Kudlow said he also wouldn’t exclude granting more money to state and local authorities through the next coronavirus stimulus package.
He revealed that discussions are ongoing, adding the authorities will see “what needs to be done and perhaps how to do it” in the upcoming weeks.
