Spain registers 12,788 new cases of COVID-19
There were 12,788 new COVID-19 cases registered in Spain over the past three days, increasing the total number of coronavirus patients in the country since the beginning of the pandemic to 861,112. Over the past 24 hours, 5,986 cases were registered, Spain’s Ministry of Health confirmed.
Meanwhile, the death toll rose by 241 to a total of 32,929.
Over the past seven days, 2,764 people were hospitalized with COVID-19 while 199 were admittted to intensive care with the virus over the same period.
