Taiwan independence supporters can’t enter China – Beijing
People who support Taiwan’s independence will not be permitted to enter mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, the Asian country’s Taiwan Affairs Office spokeswoman Zhu Fenglian said on Friday.
The office also announced added legal actions meant to persecute those who endanger the “one-China principle” by advocating the island’s independence.
United States Army General and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley previously warned that China is working on its military capacity to retake Taiwan, but added that such a move by Beijing isn’t likely to come in the near future.
