Trump: I wouldn’t be president without Obama
United States President Donald Trump spoke in a Fox News interview blasting the former administration ahead of Former Vice President Joe Biden’s Democratic candidate acceptance speech.
Trump said he would not be the head of state if it weren’t for Former President Barack Obama, admitting he wouldn’t feel the need to run if someone else had been in charge. The president went on to call his predecessor a “terrible” leader, claiming the American economic recovery was “lowest” in the country’s history while Obama was in office.
Previously, in his speech at the Democratic National Convention, Obama accused Trump of not having an interest in treating his presidency as “anything other than one more reality show he could use to get the attention he craves.”
