Trump says stimulus talks are moving along
United States President Donald Trump announced on Friday that talks on the next coronavirus economic stimulus bill have restarted after he put a halt to them earlier.
“Covid Relief Negotiations are moving along. Go Big!” Trump wrote.
Earlier, reports said Trump changed his mind on the relief after the stock markets dropped on the news that he didn’t want to negotiate with the Democrats anymore. Meanwhile, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi stated that no smaller bill on airlines is possible without a large bill on COVID-19 relief.
