Trump wants bigger aid package than GOP, Dems
United States President Donald Trump said on Friday that he would like “to see a bigger stimulus package, frankly, than either the Democrats or Republicans are offering.”
Speaking in an interview for the Rush Limbaugh Show about his previously declared halt to the negotiations regarding the economic relief, Trump noted that he is “going in the exact opposite” direction now.
Meanwhile, media reports claimed that a larger stimulus deal would still be met with opposition from a number of Republican Senators.
