UK GDP up 0.9% in November
The United Kingdom gross domestic product (GDP) rose 0.9% in November, according to a monthly estimate released by the country’s Office for National Statistics on Friday.
UK’s GDP was up for the first time compared to pre-pandemic levels from February 2020, as it grew by 0.7%.
According to the report, services output increased 0.7%, production was up 1% and construction jumped 3.5%. Services and construction were 1.3% up from their pre-pandemic levels.
