United States Labor Secretary Marty Walsh (pictured) is considering returning to his home state of Massachusetts to launch a bid for governor next year, Politico reported citing two sources familiar with the matter.
Walsh may be on a ticket with his chief of staff Daniel Koh who is thinking about entering the lieutenant governor race, according to the media outlet.
The news comes after Charlie Baker, a Trump-backed Republican governor, announced that he would not seek re-election after serving two terms in office.
