US stocks drop deeper in red premarket
Major United States indexes pulled back further during premarket trading on Thursday as investors turned to stock alternatives. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies regained some ground lost earlier mid-May, with the largest digital coin market cap-wise almost reaching the value of $39,500.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 0.41% at 6:34 am ET, while the Nasdaq 100 tumbled 0.46%. At the same time, the S&P 500 was down 0.44%.
The euro slipped 0.15% against the dollar at 6:33 am ET, selling for $1.21930.
