Virus-related deaths in NY stagnate, at 752 today – Cuomo
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said on Wednesday the number of coronavirus-related deaths in the federal state stagnated during the previous couple of days.
The daily death toll stood at 752 today, slightly decaying compared to the last two days. Asked when the crisis will end, Cuomo insisted the vaccine progress should determine the end of the pandemic.
Earlier in the day, Mayor of New York’s capital Bill de Blasio warned the city is struggling to calculate the actual number of COVID-19 victims, as not all positive patients have been hospitalized.
