Warner Bros. TV chair Peter Roth to step down
Warner Bros. Television Group chairman Peter Roth will retire from the position next year, the company announced on Friday.
Roth, who has been with the Warner since 1999, is likely to be succeeded by former Netflix Inc. senior programming executive Channing Dungey, sources told the Wall Street Journal.
“For the past 22 years, I have had the privilege to be associated with some of the most inspiring creative talent, the most impactful television series and the most dedicated and passionate people I have ever known,” Roth said in the press release.
