Wholesale gasoline price dropped in November – Biden
“Since the end of October, the average weekly price of gasoline in the wholesale market has fallen by about 10%,” United States President Joe Biden claimed on Wednesday.
The decrease translates to a “drop of 25 cents per gallon,” he told reporters at the White House, adding that “those savings should reach the American people very soon.”
Biden attributed the fall in gasoline prices to his administration’s efforts to coordinate the release of oil from reserves between the US and India, Japan and South Korea and thus increase global oil supply.
